Call for Tender - Consultancy to Update INSOTEC's Database
GAWA Capital and Instituto de Investigaciones Socioeconómicas y Tecnológicas ("INSOTEC") have a need for consultancy services to update INSOTEC's core banking database in relation to the Huruma Fund Technical Assistance Facility.
For the purpose of such procurement, GAWA and INSOTEC are issuing this invitation to tender by simple open award procedure, in accordance with the attached documentation.
All bids must be sent, in Spanish, to the following e-mail address: tafhuruma.insotec@gawacapital.com including a copy to dllerena@insotec-ec.com. Bids sent by any other means will not be considered.
The Technical and Economic offers must be sent by email in PDF format protected with a password (to ensure the transparency of the process) before 23 March 2023 at 15:00 hours (Madrid time). The password will only be disclosed after 15:01 hours (Madrid time) on 23 March 2023 to the same address where the bid was sent.
Bids received after 23 March 2023 at 15:00 hours Madrid time and those whose password is disclosed before 23 March 2023 at 15:01 hours Madrid time or after 23 March 2023 at 23:00 hours Madrid time will not be accepted.
