📢 Call for Tenders — Climate Finance Readiness Framework Agreement
GAWA Capital, as Technical Assistance Manager of the Kuali Fund, is seeking a multidisciplinary consortium to help Financial Service Providers across Latin America build the systems, products and capabilities needed to lend for climate resilience and consolidate that experience into a replicable model for the sector.
Institution-specific assignments will be activated as FSPs join the fund’s portfolio, covering:
🌱 Institutional climate finance readiness diagnostics
📊 Climate taxonomy and portfolio tagging
🌍 Climate risk assessment and integration into credit processes
💡 Climate finance product design
📈 MRV systems and KPI reporting
🤝 Institutionalisation and handover
📚 Knowledge generation, learning and replication
We especially welcome consortia combining international technical expertise with deep in-country experience in Latin America across climate finance, financial inclusion and institutional strengthening.
